Method and limits

Supply the actual SysTick timer clock, not an assumed system clock. N = round(clock/target); RELOAD = N-1, with N from 2 to 16777216. PM0214 §4.5.2 periodic mode. Nearest integer cycles is this tool’s policy; actual rate and signed error are shown. This register calculation does not establish interrupt latency or RTOS schedulability.
